When logged into MyStand, you will find all the information you need as a stand coordinator for planning your booth and preparing for the exhibition:
Stand Number
Here you will find your booth location and stand number, as well as a hall map for the entire exhibition.
(The first letter in the stand number indicates which hall the booth is in. Example: stand no. E01-12 is in Hall E.)
Online Shop
In the Exposhop online store, you will find everything you need for your stand: boothwalls, carpets, electricity and Lighting, furniture, décor, and more – plus services such as stand photography.
NOVA Spektrum Service is responsible for the online shop, and they are happy to answer any questions about products and ordering (see contact info below).
My Tickets
Here you will find your Exhibitor Pass, which gives you access during the exhibition period.
Event Information
Here you will find practical and important information for you as an exhibitor: opening hours, freight handling, hotels, parking, etc.
Organize Your Team
Here you create Exhibitor Badges—access passes for your colleagues who will staff the stand during the exhibition period.
Remember to send an Exhibitor Pass by email to each stand personnell, so they have the pass ready upon arrival and can print out the badge.
The Exhibitor Badge is personal (shows name and company), must be worn visibly for visitors, and must be shown at the ticket checkpoints at the entrances.
Update Stand Information
Review the information already registered for your company. You can add company and contact information, upload a logo, and enable meeting requests from interested visitors.
This is how your company will be presented in the official exhibitor list in the best possible way.
Log in using your email address* and select “Log in with link.”
*This must be the email address you registered with us as your company’s exhibitor contact, as this is what gives you full access to all MyStand features.
