Best stand award

During the days of UMAMI Arena 2025, we will with award the Best Stand with the assistance of a neutral jury:

  • Tuesday 18 March: Presentation of three finalists
  • Wednesday 19 March: Presentation of the winner of the Best Stand award

Pay attention to your environmental footprint before, during and after UMAMI Arena:

  • Prefer use of compostable materials
  • Tasting: prepare small portions and a total quantity based on the forecast from the organizer
  • Plan for storing of surplus food suitable for donation
  • Waste disposal according to waste fraction at the arena
