UMAMI Arena is taking place every second year and brings together the entire range of decision-makers and professionals who work within the food and beverage industry, including:
- Producers and suppliers of food and beverage, machinery, equipment and hygiene solutions, interiors, exterior and concept design, production and packaging.
- Buyers and professionals from hospitality, restaurants, catering, convenience, grocery, canteeens, institutional kitchen, bakery, pastry shop, café, nightlife, food and beverage industry, logistics, transport and storage.
- Procurement officers from public and municipal businesses

The Startup Pavilion
We are gathering startups in a dedicated area and are offering the following:
A light cube with four display sides for NOK 15,000 excl. VAT (invoiced upon registration).
The price includes:
- A light cube with four 1×1 m display surfaces
- Your profile, company name and/or message printed on all four sides (based on print files you provide)
- Standard carpeted area (uniform carpet across the Startup Pavilion)
- Listing in the exhibitor directory on umamiarena.no
- Registration fee
How to secure your spot
- Go to Exhibitor Registration
- Select the product area “StartUp”
- Enter the total number of square meters of display area: 4
- (One complete cube = 4 sides of 1x1m = 4 sqm)
- Fill in your company information and billing address, read and accept our Terms & Conditions, and press SEND
- You will receive a confirmation of your submitted registration and will be contacted with further details and space allocation
- The participation fee of NOK 15,000 excl. VAT will be invoiced upon registration
