UMAMI Arena has entered into a collaboration with Thought Leader Global and is currently working on development of the programme for the inaugural UMAMI Leadership Conference.
UMAMI Arena is hosting the UMAMI Leadership Conference on Wednesday 19th March 2025. The conference is intended to provide inspiration for executive leaders in the food and beverage industry to gain new perspectives, tools and endeavour to take the next step into the future.
Rigging for the future
The food and beverage industry finds itself at the intersection between climate change, food waste and food insecurity, supply chain challenges, increasing threats to global food systems together with changing consumer trends that will affect and shape the meal going forward. This complex necessitates a deeper understanding to be able to see new solutions and ways forward.

Mikkel Becker-Aakervik and Natalie Bridgette Becker-Aakervik are the founders and brainpower behind Thought Leader Global.
